Bought this for multiple uses. It stays in my jeep when I am not hiking on a trail. The kit has lots of good products for basic first aid situations. It also has room for a few things that can be added for any specific purposes that can arise.

Love these!
After going through a tornado that was close by I discovered I didn’t have a quick grab and go first aid/survival kit. This product took care of that. Compact and has most of what you need. Not over stuffed so I was able to add a few items of what I felt was needed and prefer to have. Also bought one for my son and have recommended to several friends. It now lives in my car. I recommend everyone have one at the ready and hope that you won’t ever need but if you do you’ll have what you need.

A good quality, inexpensive starter Trauma Kit.
For the longest time, I’ve felt that I needed a good Trauma Kit, just in case an emergency should ever arise in which I needed to administer emergency medical treatment to myself or others. However, I kept putting off getting one because a comprehensive Trauma Kit tends be expensive, and the sort extensive coverage I desired was priced way above my budget. Nevertheless, I kept browsing online for one, and this First-Aid Kit repeatedly showed up in the search results. Initially, I wrote it off due to the low price, believing that surely it must be of extremely low quality due to everything included, but I couldn’t help but notice that it always received mostly positive reviews/ratings. Eventually, I saw that it was on sale, so I caved in and ordered it, figuring that if nothing else, it was something that I could build off of. Fortunately, I was correct. The Kit includes most of the essential items one would expect to find within a basic First-Aid Kit. It’s chock full of various bandages, some disinfectant wipes, gauze, and a small amount of medical tape, along with a few items which are more common in Wilderness Survival Kits such as a knife, scissors, a tool card, a paracord braceless with a compass as well as a little firestarter, a mini flashlight, a whistle, signal mirror, a space blanket, and even a rain poncho. It’s quite extensive for what it is, but personally I feel that some of these items ought to have been omitted in order to include more medical supplies. Frankly, anyone who plans on going into the woods would be better served packing their own individual knife and flashlight, because while the included ones will do the job in a pinch, they’re obviously of lesser quality than a knife or flashlight one would purchase separately, and most folks already own a good folding knife and flashlight. If I were going into the woods tomorrow, then I would immediately swap out the included knife and flashlight for my Buck 110 Slim Select knife and ThruNite T1 Flashlight. As it is, the Kit lacks a few items which many would agree are vital to any Trauma Kit, such as painkillers, rubber tubing to serve as a tournaquet, and hemostatic, ergo I feel that the Kit would be much better if it left out the knife and flashlight for the aforementioned items. In addition, the amount of gauze and medical tape included with this Kit feels extremely skimpy, more could have and should have been included.Fortunately, this Kit has lots of extra space inside the pack, so one can easily augment it by adding whatever extra items they please. So if nothing else, this makes for a nice starter kit, and many swear by building your own to begin with. I can definitely see buying one of these to keep in your car as a First-Aid Kit, but as a “Trauma Kit” it falls a bit short.

Great buy
We tested out the water resistance feature by pouring some water on it in a manner as if it was raining and it kept everything inside dry. It came with everything that we can think of that we may need on a hiking trip or even a camping trip in case of an emergency

You will still need to add a few things….
This pack has lots of bandages but will still need a few upgrades. There is nothing to hold a wound back together. There is no splint. It still needs something for bee stings and some anticeptic of some kind. The flashlight needs batteries that are not in the flash light. You don’t want them installed because they would probably corrode before you needed them, so I put two batteries in a seperate plastic bag. I think I will probably end up buying a larger bag to hold everything I need to feel like it is a real first aid bag. However, it is a fairly decent start.

AMAZING product and customer service
I can’t tell you how satisfied I was with this product when it first arrived. Me, being me, was hard on this product and ended up breaking one of the molle clips that I had attached to my battle belt. I reached out to customer service just to inquire about repairs or maybe even just a new bag and they sent me a whole other kit with everything inside. Seriously!! Everlit went above and beyond to take care of me. Special shout out to Will with the team for doing an awesome job. I’m happy with the quality and customer service! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me! I really recommend this product and company! Be sure to check out all the other stuff they have on their store online too, don’t just stop here!

Great 1st Aid kit, better to have it and not need it.
I’m an ex-Cop, Security Professional, ARMY Combat Lifesaver trained. While I’m not trying to save the world anymore, I was looking for a good, solid First Aid kit to build on what I already had. I keep a crate of First Responder stuff in the back of my old JEEP Cherokee and this Kit is a solid batch of neccessary items. At least with the big Red Cross 1st Aid emblem on it, I can tell someone to get my Med Kit and they’ll be able to figure it out. Solid investment.

As pictured
Everything inside it was there as shown in the original picture. My only complaint is the knife feels a bit cheap and like it will break easily, but other than that it’s perfect. You get what you pay for usually but this is actually a really good product for cheap.

Happy Husband
Bought two of these. One for my husband and one for myself. Happy with the quality overall. Did trade out a couple bandage items since I am a former trauma nurse and have some better quality bandages. I like that the flashlight runs on a AA battery rather than some obscure specialty battery. Husband is happy with his as well.

Great little kit
This kit comes well furnished but just like any bundle you’ll have to customize it. I personally fitted it for my car so I removed all the survival gear except for the emergency blanket that can also be used in first aid. Additionally , I replaced the band aids with quickstop bandages and sterile pads, which are the hardest thing to come by out there.; everything else can be improvised.I think the only flaw (hence the 4*) is in the pockets/loops design that tend to pack everything towards the center of the pouch but I devised a little contraption that allows me to add stuff to the sides while keeping them secured during the opening of the pouch. Was able to pack the essentials and could have added some more after I compressed it.All in all it’s a cheap, practical pouch that costs less than some empty ones so I’m happy with it.Update: on the same day I posted my review the slider on the inner pocket zipper came out of the chain as well as the thread that held the mesh started undoing. I had to bur the ends of the zipper to form a stop and manually sew the mesh. I’m not a tailor so it doesn’t look pretty but I did my best. One less star

I wish I could give this five stars
The pouch itself is excellent, the contents however are mediocre. If you started out having nothing this kit gives you a little bit of everything, but I wish that they had opted for quality over quantity.Of the 250 pieces, two 40-packs of q-tips and 10 safety pins make up nearly half. Other things like the shears (in picture next to what I already had in my bag) and the plastic flashlight appear to be child size. Putting other gadgets of limited use in there to fill it out doesn’t help. I don’t know how much value the, seemingly obligatory, paracord bracelet with a non-functioning compass adds.I would have been happy paying this, and more, for a pouch with 10 thoughtfully selected pieces of greater quality.I will use this pouch in combination with the permanently attached pouch with medical supplies since it is easily detachable and can be handed to someone in need while not disposing of all your supplies. I also have some bulkier things like vacuum packed Israeli bandages and stitchless laceration kits that wouldn’t easily fit in this pouch without taking up too much space.Again. this makes for a good beginner kit for someone who doesn’t have anything.Edit: I just needed to add a picture of a fun detail. I finally realized that the compass on the bracelet actually works somewhat but the print on the one I received is 180 degrees off, so N is S and E is W 🙂 (and it is not related to the proximity of the phone in the picture)

Great product, BUT…
No tourniquet or saline or epipen. I find it hard to call this an “Individual First Aid Kit” without the tools to stop bleeding, clean a wound, or stop an allergic reaction. Otherwise I’m very impressed and I keep this with me everyday. I have yet to have a major arterial bleed, need saline, or be stung by a bee, but if I do I’ll follow up this post.

Emergency Prepardness
This IFAK is awesome! I was looking for something that I could buy and customize for my travel kit. This comes jam packed with goodies! I did customize it a little to what I need, but this comes so well stocked and with such diverse contents! I added a few things that I prefer and thinned it out a little, but it now goes on all my trips with me and has been used quite a bit. It’s sturdy, and has ample supplies. I would highly recommend this for your travel medical needs. I use it on camping trips with the family, drill with the military, and keep it in my truck in the event a bystander needs it. Get prepared, be helpful and live life!

Great Value for It’s price
For the price and what you receive inside of it, the value of this kit would be difficult to beat. I am skeptical of the quality of the first aid supplies within, but the build quality of the bag is fantastic. I am picky when it comes to my medical supplies and I will be replacing most of the pieces. But for something simple for camping and hiking I would definitely recommend this.Positives:The organization of the interior pouches and the way it folds open makes looking for what I need simple and quick. The quick-release clip and pull off velcro means that while it’s mounted on my pack, I can pull it off quickly without undoing any molle clips. The exterior velcro for recognition patches means I can ask a buddy to grab my kit quickly without hesitation. (The included patches look pretty sharp) For my personal use, it holds everything that I need, which my previous kits were either too big or too small.Negatives:First and foremost it would be the included medical supplies. If you are like me with a background in emergency medicine, you will understand my reservations when it comes to the included gauze and stretch wrap. (Nothing you can’t do with a 4×4 and Coban) But it’s easily replaceable to fit an individual’s need, so not the seller’s fault. Next is the size. It’s a small bag, too small to be good for use at a base camp or for larger groups of people. At the same time, the bag is too big to be easily carried on a belt or in a small water bag. (Ex. Camelbak) The design does feel more geared to be attached to a vest, assault pack, Alice pack, or other “tactical” apparel. However, I wouldn’t say it wouldn’t be a good fit to throw under the seat of a vehicle.Overall, I highly recommend this bag. It’s great for a simple kit, easy to upgrade the pieces for what you need, and the build quality seems great. It’s gone into the mountains for the first time and so far it’s perfect. If that changes I will update this review.

A little smaller than I thought
But it’s very durable lightweight and I’m actually pleased it’s smaller than I thought it was because it fits in my backpack instead of being its own bag. It’s very sturdy and packs a lot of useful items and is very convenient to take on a hike or camping.

Great value, Essential gear
[ex military first responder here]This first aid pack is very well thought out and put together. The bag itself is well designed and constructed – it has straps for nearly any application or storage with super strong synthetic fabric, webbed belts, and Velcro. It should last a good long time.Obviously I’ve not opened every packet or tried to “test” all the contents, but looking everything over gives me confidence that we’ll be well prepared for just about anything we might encounter on the road or elsewhere. The items included are sensible and appear to be of high quality. I feel more comfortable having this and a good fire extinguisher in our car.I do recommend this kit (or something similar) to everyone, as a part of one’s essential safety gear. You’ll be glad you have it when someone needs it.

It would be helpful when it comes to the ointments and the paddings or apps that you provide a little more. We think that it would be wise to do this in both amount and size variety. Also if you are going to provide a flashlight you should think about providing batteries not everyone may have the opportunity to get batteries or afford them right away. The ointments that you provided are good but you should think about the variety of ointments and expand on the idea considering the fact that this is supposed to be an emergency pack you should think about the object of what might be the emergency I know for me that even though I’m not an outdoor person and I spend a lot of my time hanging around town or in city rather than in the woods that this pack would be good for me especially considering that I am handicapped and disabled I tend to fall out of my wheelchair or a lot or fall down with my Walker a lot so a lot of times I require using Bacitracin or other appointments and not always do I require alcohol pads for other things not stating that what you have in your pack is not valuable because it is but expanding your variety would be good. It would also be a good idea to add other medication factors such as things like Tylenol or Benadryl factors possibly things that would help with allergic reactions for people who might have allergy problems. I only state this for the possibility in case someone has an issue and they need something while they’re waiting for help. I know that the pouch does not have a lot of room and that it must be able to carry things with equivalent. I hope that my suggestions help.

To many non-essential supplies
Disappointed in the first-aid supplies. Too many alcohol pads, cotton balls and cotton tipped applicators. Too few dressings of any use. It also needs some REAL tape. The equipment isn’t the worse I have ever seen. Scissors are very small compared to what we used in the ER. They seemed fairly sturdy though. All in all I am not sure you could save anyone’s life with this kits but it does have the poncho and blanket in it so that is something.

Good for emergencies but bad quality
I like that the med kit comes with a lot of things I may need during an emergency and I love the way it looks. But as others have mentioned, one of the buckles broke during my first use. I have reached out to the company but it’s been about a month since I last heard anything. Hoping for some resolution because I really like it.Update: After reaching again to the company, they did send me a brand new one to replace my broken one.

Perfect and compact. Highly recommend.
What’s in the bag.Although I don’t like the survival gear because I already have those essentials, this kit is fantastic. I believe this kit is necessary if you’re an outdoors person or hunt/shoot. of course I recommend you add/remove some things: remove or replace the knife, replace the tweezers with better ones, remove the flashlight, and remove any survival gear (except for 1 glow stick) to make room for more medical supplies but keep the gear because it’s still good. Medical supplies I think are necessary but not included; some more sterile gauze and a tourniquet. You should have some extra room for more bleed control or specialized trauma treatment. Highly recommend researching the most common types of trauma you will face for whatever you do and find the proper supplies. If you’re a frequent shooter include some chest seal and focus on bleed control but don’t just take my word for it, be thorough as it could save a life. The bag itself. The bag is of great quality, materials are pretty good and the inside of the bag has some elastic straps and pockets to organize your items. The rip away Velcro system is fantastic, the Molle system is up to standard and isn’t just for show. With some organizing you can set up your bag so when you open it up you can shake it upside down and NOTHING will fall out. I secure my tourniquet with a Velcro strap (neither are included) by using the elastic bands inside the pouch so it’s quick to get out but still secure. Conclusion and final notes. The survival gear is of meh quality but it will work, the trauma shears work great, tested them on a work shirt and it cut through the thick fabric. The thermal blanket is necessary, if you’re treating someone they’re gonna want a blanket and if they’re in shock from blood loss it is necessary they keep their body heat. Can also work as a shelter. Although I removed most of the survival gear I keep the thermal blanket and water resistant poncho, they are small and light. What comes in the bag is pretty thorough and good quality for the price. This kit is 10/10 for quality, 10/10 for the bag features and 9/10 for the contents of everything, points off for no tourniquet but that’s my opinion.TL:DRIt’s a great kit, if you want medical supplies to take anywhere with you this kit will work great. It’s got great quality all around and some features I really like. Do your research and include things you feel are necessary but be thorough.I’ll upload a video and some pictures soon showing my setup.

Great Little Trauma First Aid Kits – Tip about the flashlight battery
I bought two and these are great little kits. I put together larger emergency backpacks for my family but wanted something smaller to always have on hand. This kit has a lot of the smaller more critical items that I ended up putting together, so it was convenient to have so many resources already bundled together. There is a LITTLE extra space too if you want to throw in a couple more items like 1 pair of socks, travel toothbrush, etc. These are great for keeping in the car, going camping, gun range, road trips, vacations, general emergencies, etc. The flashlight requires a AA battery not included, and its not clear but the thin ring around the power button is the lid, so twist the top/button area and it will come right off.Overall 4.5 stars, 5 stars would be if everything was super high quality, but for the price I am happy for what it is. The bag it comes in is nice too, got the OD green and black/green camo versions, very happy with both.

Great Value, must have!
I am in love with this kit! Looks even better in person, and I am loving the OG Green. The included items make this a great value and a very practical pack. You couldn’t buy the items separately for the cost of this – and there is still room to add some of your own items. Several ways to carry the kit or secure it to yourself, or even hang it when in use. The bag is sturdy and made of quality material. It does not feel cheap and the stitching and zippers feel durable. No weird smells, just perfection! Super pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy it again!

This IFAK is exactly what I’ve been wanting to build for myself. I have sent the link to all my friends and family so they buy one for their vehicles or anything else. These kits are built by Veterans and first responders so literally anything you can think of is in here.
